Project management plan


What is project management plan? Describe its importance
Project management plan also known as PMP is about an activity that is charge on the specific of the project on track and definitely dealing with and problems and difficulties that will be faced on an organization. This plan act as schedule on an organization, to guide the organization on outline the entire segment of the project, not only that with this plan it also helps them to make a decision by grouping the entire information that they are required to decide if the project is worth. Hence, it provide an analyze any lingering thought that might faces of it, that can leads to be worst or dangerous if there is any mistake that is left without checking. Thus, it can be build numbers of problems throughout the cycle life of the project. 


Describe each management plan and discuss its importance.
There are a total 7 types of project management plan in order to run a project on an organization which are:

1.       Scope
A basic part of any activity plan. This is a type of written information that is being used as a support of the activity decisions down the line that will describe the requirement, and need to be specific.
Example of scope is research about school that focuses on form 6 in Brunei.

2.       Cost
It is the process of estimating, assign and, managing the cost of the project, which it let the business to think or predict coming cost in order to make less the chance of it going over budget. The cost of the project is calculated on the planning time of a project and need to be approved before working begins.

3.       Quality




4.       Risk
Is an unexpected event that can affect to user project for better or worst? A risk can affect anything such as project, the people, technology and resources. Risk is different from issues; in which issues are things you know you’ll have to deal with, and may have an idea of when will it occur.
Example of risk is one of the employee is dead

5.       Communication
Without this not being applied on a project it can leads to project issues. With communication it help make sure the right message are send, receive and understood by right people.

6.       Resource
A resource can be a person, a team, a tool, finances, and time. It is a necessary asset whose main role is to help carry out a certain task or project. Most projects require many different resources in order to be completed. 
Example of resource is MS word where user can write in their information on it.

7.       Time
Time management is the management of the time spent, and progress made, on project tasks and activities. Excellent time management in project management requires the planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling of all project activities.
Example of time is, the due date of submitting the document is not more than 30 days.
