and give example. Includes 2 advantage and 2 disadvantage of each type:
1. Qualitative - is about a description of something that not involves counting such as color, text, appearance texture and many more.
Disadvantage - exhausted from an interview and time consuming to find the information
Advantages - a much more reliable and personal approach
2. Quantitative - something that includes numbers or information containing numbers in height, weight, speed, time, cost, ages and many more.
Disadvantage - large number of study to get the accurate result and
Advantages - it specific the research problem and help to answer a question such as "how much?"
3. Primary data - is a real-time data which is ongoing. Usually, it is data that we collect our self or being in charge of involving you such as focus group, interviews, and research information.
Disadvantage - time-consuming of collecting needs information and need to organize times properly for an interview to the public.
Advantages - data that are collected is up to date and time-consuming
4. secondary data - getting information from other resources such as form story told gossip, past data, internet, and television.
Disadvantage - can be inaccurate and may not be on target of the research problem.
Advantages - cheap and save time.

Analysis - is a process of breaking a hard topic or substance into smaller or part to gain a better understanding to learn what they do and how they relate to one example such as

Decision making -Decisions are needed to be made on a daily basis; therefore information is used by businesses to make decisions on how to manage problems that arise.
Gaining advantage - to gain benefit for future use such making a commercial that can give benefit and increase profit in sales.
The difference between operational, tactical and strategic decision making:
Operational - a process of linking strategic goals and objectives to tactical goals and objectives
Tactical - Involves decisions related to production, finance, marketing, personnel and getting tasks done
Strategic decision making- Involves the introduction of new rules and products, amendments, regulations, and programs

formal sources - for profit and non profit organization.
Internal Information This is information held within the organization example sales figure, employee record, manager reports
External Information this is information gained out with the organization such as government statics or competitor accounts
Informational source - internal information, which consists of data created for the sole use of the company that produces it, such as personnel files, trade secrets, and minutes of board meetings.
